This concept is an application for your desktop that tracks all your other applications so you don’t need to go to every site to see if you have notifications.

I want to see if I get mail in my 5 accounts, messages on fb, an update on twitter, a comment on my blog post, and you get the point. There should be a simple application that notifies you of all other applications.

The idea is to take advantage of the Google “image” search tab. If you could put a ton of pictures up with very specific keywords, you could run an entire site based on those visitors just wanting to see the image you have available.
