Episode 13 - Sneaky Land Buy-Up Concept

I had an idea for a way to get in the way which when done properly can for people into buyout situations. If you can foresee and set yourself up for that buyout, you can make some serious dough.

Just a crazy idea that is a huge long shot, but I figured I’d throw it out there.

I KNOW Matt Muchow really wants to do this one. hahahaha. I just watched this again and realized how completely outrageous the idea is, but I’m still posting it.
